Description
Superheroes will assemble to fight child abuse and neglect at the VIRTUAL CASA Superhero Run Event! This Virtual Event supports more than 250 children across the Grand Prairie area comprised of Arkansas, Lonoke, Monroe, and Woodruff counties. CASA speaks up for children who’ve been abused or neglected by empowering our community to volunteer as advocates for them in the court system. When the state steps in to protect a child’s safety, a judge appoints a trained CASA volunteer, a true superhero, to make independent and informed recommendations in the child’s best interest. We are activating the Bat Signal and calling on all of our superhero friends to support this incredible event and our community’s children.
