You’ve tried at-home workout tutorials and found yourself bored or unable to hold yourself accountable

You want to stay physically active all while staying safe at home?

This 30-Day pushup challenge is hosted by Simple Man and made possible by VirtualHealthcare.org. 

Join us from August 15th to September 15th as we do 100 pushups a day, everyday. 

Each day, we will strive to do 100-300 pushups. You’ll post your total pushup count so we can all track our progress together and work towards a goal of 100,000 collective pushups. 

You can join for free, or join one of the paid tiers where you’ll get a Simple Man Pushup Challenge T Shirt.

We will also be donating a portion of the money raised to St. Jude’s Hospital if we reach 100,000 collective pushups.
