Description
Coach Dana teaches swimming to beginning and intermediate triathletes. Her primary focus is to teach swimmers to move through the water efficiently. Many people fear or struggle through the swim and her method will help you conserve energy, achieve balance and reduce drag.

You will be required to pay the Finley Aquatic Fee for Lap Swim $6 for Santa Rosa residents/$5 for seniors.
