Commit to the following weekly achievements:
9/1 - 9/8 Week 1 of September: Achieve negative splits on 2 of your runs this week.
9/9 - 9/16 Week 2: Run at least 5 times this week.
9/17 - 9/23 Week 3: Plank after every run (or alternative core exercise if you don't like planks).
9/24 - 9/30 Week 4: Complete a 7 day running streak (at least 1 mile every day).
