Description
This year we’re bringing the ride (and competition) to you. Introducing our first virtual Rocket Ride!
We’ve created a route (an out-and-back from The Bikery) to complete between September 18th - 27th with 5 different segments scattered throughout the course.
Ride the course as many times as you want between these dates. Challenge yourself on the segments. Race your friends. Win prizes.
Connecting the South Metro community through the Platte River and Mary Carter trails, Chatfield State Park, and the beautiful Highlands Ranch Backcountry Wildcat Mountain Trail system, this ride will honor our dear friend and teammate, Devin Asbury (aka The Rocket), who passed away at the beginning of 2019.
Our hope for this mountain bike ride challenge is to bring awareness to mental health, suicide. Money raised from the event will directly benefit DeMar, a foundation that seeks to help support the families of suicide victims that can't afford daily living when the main provider takes their life.
Let's make a change and join together to bring awareness to mental health, suicide, and heart health in our community.
