Description
3RD Annual ~ This event is a fun charity 5K Walk/Run to honor Troy Kenneth Merkle (TK). A sweet little boy who touched so many hearts and got his wings too soon. TK had Alagille Syndrome and did not survive the liver transplant surgery. 100% of the net proceeds will be given to American Transplant Foundation to support families going through a transplant. If you can't attend the event American Transplant Foundation is accepting donations in TK'S name.
The course is approximately 70% concrete/30% dirt and gravel. It is fast and flat with scenic views of the flatirons. Runners will be professionally timed (gun time). A raffle will be held while participants are on the course. Some pretty great prizes this year!
