You will be assisting as needed at and around the Terrace area. (Parking assist, photography, food set up, registration assist, finish line and timing assist and some set up and tear down.)

Dress in layers, wear sunscreen and bring gloves.

8:30-11AM VOLUNTEER INFO

You will be assisting as needed at and around the COURSE. (Course marshal, course clean up, photography, some tear down.) Please check in at the 3W Races tent and pick up a SAFETY VEST to wear while on the course. This sets you apart as someone to listen to on the course and is helpful for the runners and spectators. You may want to bring a bicycle or plan on driving to the course marshal location. Course marshals are released by the bike sweep person after the last racer has crossed your location. The bike sweeper will give you instruction regarding cones and signs from the course in your immediate area. Do not leave any course signs or cones on the course. All must be returned to the finish area. Please assist the bike sweeper in returning course markings to the finish line. Return the safety vest to the 3W Tent when the event is done. Thank you!

Dress in layers and wear sunscreen!

BIKE LEADER INFO 8:30-11AM

This is for someone who has been a bike lead before. Must bring your own bike. Please pick up a safety vest at the 3W Races tent. Lead the first finisher and then return to course behind the last finisher. Release course marshals after the last racer passes them and pick up course signs and cones. You may send signs and cones back to the finish line with the course marshals, or bring them yourself. Do not leave signs or cones on the course. Return the safety vest to the 3W Tent when the event is done. Thank you!

Wear sunscreen and a bike helmet!  You may want to wear gloves in the morning as well.
