Cooper City Richardson 5k

This event is named the Richardson 5K Run/Walk in honor of long-time Cooper City residents Jim Richardson and Ken Richardson. Both men have contributed to the success of this race  over the past 3 decades through their dedication, promotion of running, and hard work. Both are retired from their professional fields and reside in north Florida with their wives. We are honored when they are able to join us in support of our race. 

Awards are given for the Top Three Male & Female in the following Categories: 
Top Master, Top Grand Master, Top Senior Grand Master

Harvey J. Johnson Memorial Award
This annual award was established in 1990 as a
memorial tribute to Harvey J. Johnson, one of South
Florida’s Top Male Masters and a Cooper City Resident.
The Top Male Master recipient will have their name
added to the Harvey J. Johnson Memorial Award
plaque following the race.

*5K Run/Walk USATF Certified Course measured through residential neighborhood. One water stop.

Registrations on or before 1/27/2019 can be picked up on Wednesday January 30th.  Registrations after 1/27/2019 can be picked up on race day.
