North Palm Beach 5K Superhero 'Flash Dash'

The North Palm Beach Recreation Dept will hold their annual 5K Race on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2018.  This year we have a new name and a new theme.  Come dressed up as your favorite superhero  this year,  to our 5K Superhero 'Flash Dash'.  The 5 kilometer (3.1 mile) certified course, goes through the beautiful residential streets of NPB, beginning and ending at Anchorage Park, 603 Anchorage Drive.   Anyone between the ages of 7 and 99 yrs is eligible for participation (running or walking) in this event.   In addition to the 5K 'Flash Dash', we will be holding a Kids ' Flash Dash'  for kids 3-6 yrs, and a 1K  'Flash Dash'  Run for kids  7-10 years of age.     Pre-registration fee is $25/person, $35 on race day.  Pre-registration for the 1K 'Flash Dash'  is $10, $20 on race day.  The 3-6 yr. old ' Flash Dash' is free.  The first 150 pre-registered entrants are guaranteed a race t-shirt.  Call 561-841-3386 for more information.
