Give the Gift of Hope This Season: Giving Tuesday 2023

This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to join hands with us to create a brighter future for our community's most vulnerable children. Child Enrichment is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a voice and a path forward for local children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or child sex trafficking. Through our three distinct programs – Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA), the Child Advocacy Center (CAC), and Prevention – we work tirelessly to give these children the hope and support they deserve.

Every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment to thrive and fulfill their potential. Sadly, many children right here in our community face unimaginable challenges every day. These children are the heart and soul of our mission, and with your support, we can make a real difference in their lives.

1. Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA): Our dedicated CASA volunteers serve as the voice for children who are caught in the midst of the legal system due to abuse or neglect. They advocate for the child's best interests, ensuring they are not lost in the complexities of the court process. Your donation will help us recruit, train, and support more CASA volunteers to reach even more children in need.

2. Child Advocacy Center (CAC): The CAC is a safe haven for children who have experienced trauma. Here, they receive a warm, welcoming, and child-friendly environment where they can share their experiences, providing crucial evidence for legal proceedings. Your support will help us maintain this vital resource and ensure that every child who walks through our doors feels safe and heard.

3. Prevention: Our prevention programs aim to stop child abuse and neglect before they happen. By educating children, parents, and communities about the signs of abuse and how to prevent it, we empower our community to protect its most vulnerable members. Your donation will help us expand our prevention efforts, making our community safer for all children.

A donation of $25 can provide a CASA survival kit for visits with kids in foster care (card game, coloring book, notepad, etc.).
A gift of $50 can provide a group therapy session for a child who has experienced abuse.
A contribution of $100 can train 10 adults on how to protect children from abuse.
