11th Annual Mercer Homecoming 5K

Thanks for registering for the 11th Annual Mercer Homecoming 5K taking place this Saturday (Nov 9th)!  Below is information you’ll need for race morning:

Race Location:  The Homecoming 5K takes place entirely on the beautiful Mercer Campus.  The start and finish line for the race is located at Butler Plaza (directly in front of Five Star Stadium, near the Bear Statute).  Butler Plaza is represented by 51D on the attached campus map.

Race Parking: 5K participants may park at no-charge in the lot off Stadium Drive closest to the volleyball court (across from 49 on the campus map).  Please do know that participants will need to move their cars by 10:00 am to avoid being charged for Game Day Parking.  To access the lot, please enter Mercer’s campus via Stadium Drive.  Take a left at the stop sign, and take an immediate right into the lot.

Race Packet Pick-Up: Pick up your race number and event t-shirt beginning at 6:45 am race morning.  Packet pick-up will take place at Butler Plaza, next to the race start.  Packet pick-up will close at 7:45 am.

Race Details: The race begins promptly at 8:00 am.  The course is two loops around campus, including a section of Five Star Stadium.  The course is well-marked with signage and volunteers.  The awards ceremony will take place directly following the race, at approximately 9:00 am.
