Woodland XC Walk-A-Thon

Join the Woodland High School Cross Country Team in the First Annual Walk-A-Thon, a walking marathon!  This is sure to be a fun, family friendly festival!  Come out and enjoy our live DJ!  The first 100 registrants at each level will receive a commemorative ribbon.  Two mile and Three Mile walkers will also receive free concessions.  There will be Athlete led stretch sessions and line dance competitions throughout the event with prizes awarded to the winner of the dance competitions!  There will be a door prize for the first walker to arrive, the athlete who raises the most funds, the athlete who has the largest pack and the athlete who has the highest level of in person participation.  Concessions will be available for purchase. (Cash is required for same day registrations and concessions. Please bring correct change for same day registrations.)

(Participants may arrive to complete their walk anytime between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Gates close at 7:30pm and the track will be cleared at 8:00 pm)

4:30pm      Gates Open

4:45pm      Athlete Led Stretch Session (End Zone - Prior to beginning your walk, participation in at least one Stretch Session is strongly encouraged ) 

5:00pm      Flex Line Dance Competition (Center Field - Swag Bag awarded to the Winner) 

5:30 pm      Athlete Led Stretch Session (End Zone - Prior to beginning your walk, participation in at least one Stretch Session is strongly encouraged )  

6:00 pm      Biker Shuffle Line Dance Competition (Center Field - Swag Bag awarded to the Winner!) 

6:30 pm      Athlete Led Stretch Session (End Zone - Prior to beginning your walk, participation in at least one Stretch Session is strongly encouraged ) 

7:00 pm      Can't Get Enough (Tamia) Line Dance Competition (Center Field - Swag Bag awarded to the Winner!) 

7:30 pm      Athlete Led Stretch Session (End Zone - Prior to beginning your walk, participation in at least one Stretch Session is strongly encouraged ) 

                   All Walkers should begin their walk at this time if they have not done so already.

*This is a school fundraiser in which participants raise money by collecting donations or pledges.  This is an in person event where participants walk 1, 2 or 3 miles around the Woodland High School Track. All proceeds will benefit the Woodland High School Cross Country and Track Teams.
