MyCycleCoach.com CLIMB Clinic #2

TIME:  3:00-4:30pm
LOCATION:  Evergreen Hotel OVERFLOW Parking Lot  (inside St. Mtn Park)
COST:  $45  (Limited to 12 spots)

OPEN TO ALL SKILL LEVEL CYCLISTS.   

WHAT TO EXPECT---
Multiple climbing techniques will be discussed and demonstrated by Coach Robert.  Then, after each technique discussion, you will go out on a climb and have a chance to put into practice.  The approximate riding distance is 300 yards for each topic; in other words, you can do a local group ride and still easily participate. 

The following day, each participant will receive a detailed RECAP, capturing all the details covered in the Clinic.  This way, you always have this information at your fingertips.  Without this RECAP, there's no way you could remember everything discussed.   

RESULTS---Once these new techniques become more of 2nd nature, you should expect to see a climbing speed increase from 0.5 - 3.0 mph.  The average for clients over the last 15 years is 2.0 mph faster!!!

ABOUT COACH ROBERT--
Coach Robert started MyCcyleCoach.com April 2005 and has delved into cycling, not only as Atlanta's premier cycling coach, but also as a huge advocate for cycling in general.  His clientele ranges from literal beginners to CAT 1/2 pro racers.  He helped develop (and race with) one of Atlanta's most successful racing teams, Clinica Union, where their records still unbroken today.  Coach Robert has personally logged over 225,000 miles in 20 years of riding...and still counting.  His addictive passion for the sport of cycling is very noticeable and that includes his signature trademark of his All-Yellow MyCycleCoach.com cycling apparel.  

Helmets and a bicycle in good working condition required.  Cost does not include entry into the Park.
