Description
Plogging is a combination of running or walking and picking up trash you see on your route. It is an up-and-coming fitness trend that brings variety to your workouts while helping to keep the environment clean and healthy. Boise Plogs is a fitness initiative for both the individual and the planet! Anyone can register for this event, no matter your ability, and plogging materials will be provided.

Choose a suggested neighborhood from the list below or choose your own location in the Treasure Valley (foothills, Meridian, greenbelt, school grounds, etc..) to plog during the week of April 19-25th.

There is no time requirement but plogging for at least 30 minutes is suggested.

Pick up your plogging supplies and Boise Nice thank you swag on April 15th and 16th at Zamzow's State Street Location (6208 W State Street, Boise) between 3:00 and 6:00 PM.
There will be prizes for 1) the most creative team names and 2) the most unique/interesting piece of litter/trash! 3) the most litter picked up 4) Boise Plogs 2026 MVP
