Celebrate STEM education, spine health, and spine research at this fun, community-centered event designed to promote wellness, raise awareness for advancements in spine care, and support educational initiatives that shape the future of healthcare.

This moderately challenging 5K route offers stunning views of Boise and the foothills, with a mix of paved and gravel trails. It's approachable for runners and walkers of all levels.

💡 Why We Run:
Proceeds from the Table Rock 5KIC will go toward covering event costs and funding scholarships for high school students in the state of Idaho who are pursuing education in STEM or healthcare-related fields. Your participation directly supports the mission of the LESS Society: to advance minimally invasive spine care through our pillars of Training, Innovation, Education, and Research (TIER).
