STRONG AS OAK TEAM WRECK BAG 5K-ISH IV

UPDATE! WE CONTINUTE TO WORK WITH KANE COUNTY FOREST PRESERVE AND STATE OF IL.  IF IL MOVES INTO PHASE 4 BY RACE DAY WE WILL HOLD EVENT. WE WILL CAP WAVES AT 40 PEOPLE TO STAY UNDER 50 IN THE FESTIVAL AREA. AFTER YOUR WAVE YOU WILL NEED TO LEAVE :-( SO THE NEXT GROUP CAN ARRIVE. WE ARE DOING WHAT WE CAN TO HOLD THIS EVENT BUT MANY THINGS ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL. IF YOU SIGN UP AND WE ARE FORCED TO CANCEL WE WILL REFUND OR ROLL YOUR ENTRY TO 2021.  SAO RACING TEAM

We are back for year 4!!! Chip Timed for 2020! Kids Heat w/ Parent new 2020! This 5k-ish is not like any other you have done (Unless you ran in a previous years race)  Focus is on TEAM WORK . So recruit a teammate, or we will find one for you, and come out to a challenging 5K-ish Trail Run with a mix of dirt, grass, limestone, hills, and of course some mud . Your team can be all male, female, or coed. Your team will select the weight of the Wreck Bag to be used, 25lb or 40lb. Teams make it through the course alternating carrying the Wreck Bag however needed until the Team gets to the Finish Line. All finishers will receive a Finishers Medal and a T-shirt (register by 6/20/20 to guarantee shirt, if not sunglasses as substitute). Timing chip, race insurance and processing fee included. There will be Male, Female and Coed Team Awards for Competitive Heat. Or you can run for fun and choose any weight and as many team mates in the Open Heat. And for the first time we will award a Plaque to the one Masters Team that finishes first for each category in Competitive Heat (Masters= 45+ years old) 
Race size will be very limited and is sure to sell out for 4th year in a row. VOLUNTEER OPTIONS ALSO AVAILABLE!
