StillAU Virtual 5k

Registration OPEN.

We invite you to join us for our first-ever virtual 5k as part of our StillAU Homecoming.  A virtual 5k means you can run, jog or walk 3.1 miles at your convenience and choice of location. Join other AU alums across the country as you complete 3.1 miles anytime between Thursday, Oct. 15 to Saturday, Oct. 17.  You can choose your own outdoor running route, run on a treadmill, jog around your neighborhood, or even walk your dog.  The StillAU Virtual 5k is a great way to stay connected to your AU community while we can't be together on campus.  Plus, get this exclusive AU Rodney the Raven t-shirt for each registrant! Registration is $15 per participant and covers the cost of the shirt and shipping. Shirts will be mailed out after Homecoming. Registration opens October 1 and will close on October 17. 

You will be able to upload your results online between Oct 15 and Oct 17.  You will also be able to see other participant’s results.  Information and instructions will be sent to participants via email closer to that date.
