Run our virtual 5K to support Honor Flight Lafayette and your sanity!
Honor Flight is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing veterans with honor and closure. Honor Flights to Washington, D.C. are more than a day trip; they’re a token of our gratitude and an opportunity for veterans to build lasting connections.
Honor Flight of Greater Lafayette provides all-expense-paid trips to Washington, D.C. for Indiana veterans. On these one-day trips, veterans have the opportunity to visit their memorials and enjoy time with other local veterans. We depart from Purdue University Airport in the morning, experience a great day sightseeing in the nation’s capital, and return in the evening. trips allow those who served in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War to travel to Washington, D.C., get to know other veterans, and visit their memorials. An Honor Flight is more than a “thank you.” It’s the start of lasting connections for veterans in the community. It can be hard for veterans to get out and stay active and connected. That’s why we design our Honor Flights with the goal of empowering them, helping them meet others through pre-flight events, and offering them honor and gratitude for their service.
Here is how it works:
1. Register to run/walk the virtual 5K.
2. Run/walk the distance on your own, on a course of your choosing or treadmill and then report your time to be added to the results board.
3. We will mail your gear right to your door!

The commemorative shirt and online results are included with registration.
How to Submit Your Results
Don't forget to submit your results! Results must be submitted by 5/31/2020.
Two easy options to post your result:
TEXT MESSAGE OPTION:
If you enabled text messaging during registration you can text your results to “49514” using the formats below. Please note there are different text formats depending on which event option you selected.

2.) LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT OPTION:
1. Log into your RunsSignUp account.
2. Follow this results link.
3. Click on "Submit Virtual Results"
