Good Things Come in Pairs

Join the staff of the Extra Mile Fitness Company, Courtney with Brooks Running and Chrysanthemum Davis, NP with St Mary's Medical Center as have a Pre-Mother's Day celebration.   The staff at the Extra Mile will set out a fun 3 mile loop you can run or walk.  Courtney will be allowing all the ladies to test out their top selling bras while out on the loop.  Lastly, Chrysanthemum will be sharing information on self breast examinations along with samples of different kinds of lumps or bumps one could encounter.

During the event,  you can save 10% off all apparel and accessories.  

We ask that everyone please register for the event.  As with all the Extra Mile Fun Run/Walks, we will be moving on the city streets of Valparaiso and ask all participants to dress appropriately and follow the rules of the road.  All paces and abilities are welcome.
