EVERY STEP COUNTS

Join us at the 3rd Annual Every Step Counts Suicide Prevention Walk.  The walk was created to bring awareness about suicide and its prevention and the struggles related to mental health.  Participants are encouraged to walk to "Find a way" to end suicide.   Information will be provided to educate participants that even small gestures can help promote a healthy mindset, bring awareness about mental health to others, and ultimately put an end to suicide.   

There is no fee associated with the walk and no pre-registration required.  T-shirts are available for purchase. T-shirt orders must be placed through this website to be guaranteed a t-shirt once registration is open.  There will be a limited supply of t-shirts, metal water bottles and mugs for purchase at the event.  

In the event of rain, the walk will move indoors into Altoona-Midway High School. The date and times will remain the same.

Check-in will open at 9:30 am.
