KU Vets Day 5K

A finisher's medal will be given to the first 800 participants to sign up, regardless of your finish time.

Note: If we get close to running out of medals, we will update this page.

The first 700 registrants are guaranteed a t-shirt! We can no longer guarantee shirt sizes as of Oct. 31, so if you do not see your shirt size available, it means we have run out of that size.

Participants can pick up their packets, which include the race bib with timing chip and t-shirt, at the following times/locations:

Friday, Nov. 10
Noon-5 p.m.
345 Summerfield Hall (1300 Sunnyside Avenue), Lawrence

Saturday, Nov. 11
Noon-5 p.m.
Ad Astra Running Company, 835 Massachusetts Street, Lawrence

Sunday, Nov. 12
7:30-8:30 a.m.
(race site) Memorial Stadium, East side (off of Mississippi Street), Lawrence

You may pick up packets for friends/family, but please be sure to coordinate with them so everyone knows who's picking up what!

*Estimated value of $20 per race entry will NOT be tax deductible as a charitable contribution. If you do not indicate on the sponsorship form that you will NOT use the entries, we will automatically deduct their value from your tax deductible contribution.

Parking Information
Free parking is at the Spencer Museum of Art lot, 1301 Mississippi Street. Parking will NOT be available at Memorial Stadium for the safety of our runners. You may also park, for a fee, in the Mississippi Street Parking Garage. Or street parking is available North of the stadium. 

Awards are given to first and second place, by gender:

• Overall master's
• Age groups (15 total age groups)
