JRWS Summer Trail Series: Moonbow Training Run (Cumberland Falls)

This week we're heading to Cumberland Falls for a training run with our friends at EJ Adventures to prepare for the Moonbow Trail Races. This is a great chance to get a preview before the 50k/30k/10k or just check out some new trails. If you've never seen the Cumberland Falls you won't want to miss it. We'll be doing an out-and-back so you can go as far as you like. You can either meet at John's to carpool or at the trailhead. This event is free, open to the public, and accommodating to all paces, including hikers.
