Description
The Fighting Back Against Parkinson's 5K & 1-mile Fun Run is a fundraiser to support Rock Steady Boxing 270 (formerly Rock Steady Boxing Murray). Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing program for people with Parkinson's Disease that helps improve their quality of life. RSB270 is a place where people can come together and fight back against Parkinson's.
This event was started in 2020 by Christin Broadwater to honor her father, LC Cooley and those like him who have fought or continue to fight Parkinson's Disease.
Packet Pickup
Packet pick-up will be Friday, June 7 from Noon-6:00PM at the Weaks Community Center at 607 Poplar Street Murray, KY. A table will be set up outside, weather permitting. In case of bad weather, pick up will be moved to Suite G on the second floor of the Weaks Center.

Race day packet pick up will be available from 7:00 - 7:45 am at Bailey Pavilion in Murray's Central Park. Participants are encouraged to pick up packets on Friday to avoid forming lines on race morning.
