I believed I could, so I did

Hi, I'm Heather! I've been on a fitness journey for a majority of my 20s. I have lost more than 120 lbs and have gained so much life in return. I wouldn't change it for the world.

This year for my 30th birthday I am inviting any and all to challenge themselves to push their limits and walk/jog/run/bike 1 mile, 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon or the full 30 MILES with me on my big day.

The in person and virtual event will be held April 4th, Easter Sunday 2021. I hope you will all join me in training to get prepared to pick a distance that will challenge physically and mentally and know I am here to unconditionally support you in your journey. By the end we will all be saying "I believed I could, so I did."!
