2020 Columbia Association Kids Triathlon canceled
May 1, 2020. Our Columbia Association Kids Triathlon in Columbia, Maryland, is made possible through the support of Columbia Association, Howard County Public School System, and Howard County Department of Police. It is not known when Columbia Association will be permitted to open their outdoor pools. If and when outdoor pools are permitted to open, Clemens Crossing Pool will not be one of them. Moreover, Howard County Public School System has pulled back all facility use permits including ours which grants us permission to use the Clemens Crossing Elementary School fields and parking lot. Athletes registered for the Columbia Association Kids Triathlon will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee.
Description
The Columbia Association Kids Triathlon presented by Mini Cow Tri continues its rich history as one of the largest and longest-running youth triathlons in Maryland.
New for 2020, we have added a 16–17 age group to provide high school age athletes more racing opportunities at age appropriate distances whether they are new to the sport or racing for a podium finish.
With a pool swim, rolling bike course, flat and fast run course, commemorative tee and finisher medal, and 30 age group awards, the Columbia Association Kids Triathlon is a must not miss event.
Did we mention the Mini Cow Double swag when you register for both Columbia and Nottingham? Giddy up.
