Spring Race has been cancelled. Please join us for our Fall races
Hello everyone. I hope this message finds you and your family safe. Due to the COVID-19 virus, we regret that we will have to cancel our Spring races set for April 18. We will have further information forthcoming, but it looks like we will have several options for you.
First, you can transfer your registration to one of our races in the fall: Our 17th Annual Ellicott City Labor Day 10K or 5K on Sept. 5th, 2020. You will be allowed to enter any race without any additional fee.
Second, your can defer your registration to next years spring races. We do not yet have a date set up for the race in 2021.
Third, you can also choose to donate your registration fees to our Council. As you are likely aware, we have already had expenditures for advertising, etc. for our race that have already been paid.
Forth, you can request a refund. Although not the best option for us, we do recognize that there are some of our participants who would rather request a refund and we will honor that.
Finally, we thank all of you for your understanding during this trying time for all of us, especially those of us that really enjoy putting on these events for the local community. Stay safe and continue to find ways to stay healthy and exercise.

Description
The 4K and an 8K that are entirely on the scenic grounds of the Shrine of St. Anthony in Ellicott City, MD. The 1st half of the 4K (approx. 2.5 miles) is on roads on the property and the 2nd half is on trails (mulch and dirt) that are well maintained by members of our council with some rough terrain in spots. The 8K (approx. 5 miles) will be 2 laps of the same course as the 4K. The courses have been officially (USATF) measured 8K(MD18002LMJ) 4K(MD18001LMJ) and we will have chip timing of the event by MDtiming.com. We will have post race refreshments and awards for the top 3 male and female finishers in both races. We will also have a kids fun run as well (approx. ¾ mile).
