Description
This is a 6 week strength training program focused on runners specific strength needs. This strength training class will review all important lifts and skills necessary for injury prevention and improved running distance and time. Each week there will be a different focus. We will work on going through an entire phase of training and teaching you how to build your own program. Built into the program are testing days so you can monitor your progress as we go. This program begins on Monday June 17th and will take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6pm.
