Description
Training for Boston (or any other race) and want to get in a long run (0-20+ miles) with aid-stations and other runners?
7:00am start time from Ann Arbor Running Company (200 N Fourth, Ann Arbor, MI 48104). Run Ann Arbor will put out aid-stations with water and sports drinks on the course for runners. Post-run refreshments will be provided. A donation of $5.00 on the morning of the run will help to cover some of the cost associated with setting up the run.
Mizuno will be on site with demo shoes to test out before, during or after the run. RSVP to be entered into a raffle for some AARC swag.
