Freeland Track and Field Virtual 5k Run/Walk

In these uncertain times one thing that remains consistent is our commitment to health and exercise as a track and field team.  This pandemic prevents us from being together, but it does not prevent us from running or walking a virtual 5k race.  How does it work?  Signup.  Pick your favorite running route and turn it into a 5k (3.1 miles) distance.  We will be using Strava to run the event.  Signup on Strava for a free account and ask to join Freeland Cross-Country.
