Levi & Lainey are 3 year old twins, the son & daughter of Scott and Meagan Chisholm; and the brother & sister of Connor and Charley Chisholm.  On November 28th, they were involved in a horrific drowning accident and were admitted to the ICU at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.  The Chisholm family immediately engaged their family & friends to PRAY!   Within a matter of hours, it became immediately and overwhelmingly apparent that Levi and Lainey inspired an international movement of powerful prayer.  They have angels on Earth, all around, lifting them up and providing their family with the strength needed to survive this unimaginable tragedy.

Lainey was discharged on December 6th, 2020 and is a living miracle, but Levi still has a long road to full recovery.  Tragically, the accident caused Levi to sustain significant brain damage. Scott and Meagan decided that Levi’s diagnosis would not be his prognosis. They have set off on a journey to treat Levi and help his brain recover. Levi's treatments will require a significant amount financial investment. Unfortunately, treatments that Levi needs for recovery are not covered by insurance.

Prayer remains the absolute, one-and-only request of the Chisholms. However by participating in the “Race for Levi” you are helping the family to continue to Levi’s care with hopes of recovery and that one day he will be back running around with Lainey, Connor and Charley.  Funds raised from this event will be used by the Chisholms to support the full recovery of Levi.

The family hopes to bring awareness to those with brain injuries and options for treatments through Levi’s story. They are beyond grateful for the continued love and support the Light for Levi community has provided the family.
