Canceled: Unity in Motion 5k Race

CAPI is grateful for those who have participated in our Unity in Motion events over the last few years; however, after discussing as a team, we have decided that our upcoming Unity in Motion event must be canceled.

Over the past months, our team has been fully focused on supporting community members affected by recent federal enforcement operations. In moments like these, our mission calls us to show up—steadily, compassionately, and without hesitation—for those who rely on us most. This work has required our immediate time, energy, and presence, and we know you would want us to prioritize the well‑being of our community above all else.

While we are deeply disappointed not to gather in celebration and unity as planned, we remain profoundly grateful for your continued support. Your commitment makes it possible for us to respond quickly in times of crisis, to offer comfort and resources, and to stand alongside our neighbors when they need us most. Refunds will be given to those who have already registered.

We look forward to bringing our community together again soon at our Give & Grow Annual Fundraiser in September. Until then, thank you for your understanding, your compassion, and your unwavering belief in our work.
