Thank you for taking an interest in Kansas City's longest-running triathlon clinic (formerly known as Tri 101/102)! Our goal is to provide a fun environment to empower EVERYONE, of ALL abilities, within the sport of triathlon. Whether you are new to the sport or an experienced triathlete, this clinic will prepare you for your triathlon-specific goals.

Who: Men, Women, Nonbinary

When: MONDAYS, June 10 - August 5, 2023 @ 6PM SHARP! 

Where: Longview Lake Beach House each Monday starting promptly at 6pm (we must exit the water by 645pm and exit the park by 9pm).

Fees: Clinic fee of $200 + online registration fee of $1 + 2.99%

One-time USAT one-day pass (covers you for the entire clinic June - August) of $15 or show us your annual USAT Membership card++

Lake Swim Fee: Bring $8.00 EACH Monday to be paid by the participant to Jackson County Parks & Rec. for entry into the swim beach.

 ++ To participate in this clinic you must either purchase a one-day USAT license OR be an annual member of USAT. If you want a USAT annual membership, it must be purchased through USAT. A one-day USAT license can be purchased at packet pickup if you do not want to purchase an annual membership through USAT. Those with a USAT annual membership must show their proof of membership AND a valid state-issued ID at packet pickup. USAT & KC3 Tri Clinic does not allow clinic refunds or transfers--no exceptions.

**For insurance purposes "no one" can attend the clinic or partake in any portion of it unless they are entered in the clinic and an insurance waiver has been signed by them. (No visitors or partners allowed).
