***You may enter an unlimited number of runners in all races. Top 5 will be scored;The top 15 in each grade will receive medals. 

*Time:   Coaches Meeting 9:00 am

National Anthem 9:15am

7th Girls   9:30am   2 miles

7th Boys  10:00am     2 miles

8th Girls  10:30am       2 miles

8th Boys 11:00am2 miles

Jr. High Awards 11:30am

*We will not run ahead of schedule.

*Course: Will be located at South Middle School.  Course map is attached and color coded by half miles.  

*Team Awards:  

First and Second place teams will receive a plaque.

*Individual Awards:  

We will medal 15 in each grade and recognize them during the awards ceremony.  Medals will be custom with ribbon.

*Entry Fee:  $100 per school or $10 per runner

*Entries:  We will be chip timing our meet.  Entries will be done through MoMileSplit.  Please have entries done by 5:00 PM, Friday Oct 1, 2021.   Add all runners on your team that might run, so we do not have to add on Saturday.

Food and Shirts

We will have warm breakfast food for sale again this year in the white food trailer in the parking lot to the north of the course.  We will have shirts again this year as well.  They will be $15 for each shirt size small through XL.  XXL and XXL will be $17. Shirts are 100% polyester and look like the one below.  We will have several colors as well.  If you write a check, please make it out to G&S Graphics.
