Time to show your heart was lost somewhere on the road or trail and you won't rest till you find it.
Time to tell your Facebook friends you mean business and 2024 is going to be the fittest year of your life.
Time to join a team where bragging rights are earned by the number of shoes you run into the ground.
Time to share your running stories with us, and listen to our sob stories in return.
Time to come find safety and camaraderie in numbers of like-minded runners, ready to share some aches and pains.
