Description
Stay active this Spring by walking or running 200 miles as a participant in the Spring Fitness Challenge! This challenge is designed to be flexible and achievable as the only rule is that your running/walking workouts total 200 miles between the first (March 20) and last (June 20) day of Spring, 2022! No weekly goals, just one overall goal that everyone can reach! We will have some fun along the way but the main goal here is to keep moving, all Spring long! This isn’t a race, it is a challenge, so there is no prize for the first to reach the challenge goal, and no times will be recorded! It is our hope that we can all be “winners” and complete this challenge and earn the challenge finishers medal!
Record your miles!
We have a way for you to record and track your workout mileage along the way!
Just click on Results in the drop down menu at the top of this page and then click on Submit Virtual Results. Fill in your name in Participant Lookup and click on Lookup Registration and that will take you to a screen where you can click on Submit Virtual Results. You can then fill in your daily mileage and click Submit Activity. It will take a few minutes for the mileage you have submitted to show up on the results listing.
Once you have submitted your initial results, it is easier for subsequent mileage submissions as you can just go to Results and click on your name to take you to the daily mileage submission page.

Everyone who participates will receive a custom Challenge shirt!
Finishers Medal
Everyone who completes the Challenge will receive this colorful finishers medal at the end of the challenge!
