This year’s May Series of The Running League is here and it's time to get your 5-7 person team together!

PreSeries (May 8-10) 10 Miler // 2 Miles Each 

WK 1 (May 15-17) Half Marathon // 2.5 Miles Each 

WK 2 (May 22-24) Full Marathon // 5 Miles Each

WK 3 (May 29-31) Ultra Marathon // 6.2 Miles Each

Note - When registering for your individual "leg" (portion) of the Half and Full marathon relay during Weeks 1 and 2 there will be a 3.1 and 6.2 mile distance to be completed by ONE of your teammates. For teams of more than 5 (up to 7 allowed) the top 5 times will contribute towards that team's relay total!

 

Weekly Rules

Road, track, or treadmill! YOU CHOOSE. Run your portion of the team's total distance within 3 days and upload finishing time AND distance through the results page. Follow us on instagram @therunningleague for all updates and giveaways!
