Description
Since 1985, the Heart Strides Program has been helping patients with cardiac disease. Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation treatment is essential for improving a patient’s quality of life and helps prevent future heart or lung recurrences. Today, the Heart Strides program helps hundreds of patients per year throughout the Triad. The Heart & Sole 5K Run and Family Walk as created to raise funds for the sole purpose of assisting patients with the cost of the Heart Strides Program.
