The Big Run is cancelled this year due to Covid-19 concerns. Although we cannot all run together this year, we hope that you will still be running on Global Running Day and can register for our virtual My Big Run here https://runsignup.com/mybigrun. We will hopefuly be back next year bigger and better than ever!

On June 3, let’s inspire the runner in everyone.
2020 is a big year for us! We are teaming up with Matt's Run to Fight Hunger this year to make the Big Run bigger and better! All of the proceeds for this year will go the Second Harvest Food Bank. This is the fourth year of The Big Run®, our annual nationwide 5K event on Global Running Day. Alongside Brooks Running, we celebrate our local communities by bringing tens of thousands of runners together to cross a finish line and achieve a goal. In High Point this will be a fun run and as such there will not be any awards. You do get a shirt and medal for finishing alongside food and fun!
Why? Because RUNNING CHANGES EVERYTHING™.
Help Us Give Back: We want to support our local community and give back to the Second Harvest Food Bank. All proceeds from the event will go towards Second Harvest Food Bank and any additional donations would be appreciated.

About Matt's Run to Fight Hunger: Matt’s Run to Fight Hunger originated to celebrate Matt Ketterman’s 23-year running streak of not missing a day. Yes, that is 8,700 days in a row. While Matt retired his streak due to surgery in 2015, his passion for feeding hungry families continues. Second Harvest Food Bank has been the recipient of thousands of meals due to the generosity of those of you in the running community!
