Employee 5K and Kids Fun Run

Join your fellow Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND (BCBSND) and Noridian Healthcare Solutions (NHS) employees for a run/walk through beautiful Lindenwood park.  Proceeds benefit the United Way of Cass and Clay counties.  Whether you are excited to compete for prizes in the competitive run, watch your kids have fun in the kids race event, or just want to get outside and enjoy a nice walk, the Employee 5K is for you and your family!

This year, the 5k will be broken down in to gender and age ranges for the competitive run.  Individual registrations ($10) will receive one t-shirt, while family registrations ($20) will receive two t-shirts.  Additional t-shirts can be purchased for $10 on a first come, first served basis.  Let's get active and break last year's mark of $2500 raised for our United Way Campaign!

Starting times:
6:00pm - Kids run
6:15pm - Warm up
6:30pm - Competitive run
6:35pm - Fun run/walk

Payment and t-shirt disbursement will take place June 13-15 at the NHS and BCBSND buildings.
