Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Plans
Pricing: 12-Week Half Marathon Training: $65
Weekly Schedule:
Wednesday: Speed Workout at Fleet Feet Omaha - 6:30pm
Thursday: Cross Training Programs emailed out or in person at Fleet Feet
Saturday: Group Long Run at various locations - 7am

Base Training:
We will send out a 3-week base training schedule for you to use to make sure you are ready to hit the ground 'running'! We encourage you to join our Wednesday group runs and get to know others that are also joining the training class.
Here is the recommended base training for the half marathon:
Half Marathon - 10 miles a week and at least a 3-mile run/walk per run
