Run To The Best You program has been helping families participate in race events since 2013. Whether it’s your first 5k or you have that goal race in mind. We will personalize a schedule that is right for you. What makes us better than any app?

You will get a living, breathing coach in Coach Tadris! Apps will not talk to you about running form or send you personalized videos to help you with your breathing.


What If I Want To Run/Walk But Have An Old Injury?

Coach Tadris started the Run To The Best You program after rupturing his patella tendon in 2009. I have researched and designed a program that would have you participate in your race event using an easy run, walk system without knee pain. 

The cool thing is, we taught this to 52-year-old Lisa Diaz who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. Lisa joined our system in March 2020, she has gone on to participate in three 5k’s and lost 40lbs since joining. 


What If I Want To Run/Walk But Can’t Find The Time?

Whether you are a busy parent, business owner, or a student, we know that your time is limited. The good news is that I researched and designed programs for every level of training. If your goal is to run your first half or full marathon but do not have 3-4 hours to do long runs on the weekend. What if I told you that you don’t have to?  We have a simple approach to training, only 3 focused training days per week. Run less, run further, and faster with our program. 


The cool thing is, we have a member Chris Ballard, who works overnights and comes home to teenage triplets boys. Busy indeed and Chris still finds time to train for half marathons and completed three of them in 2020. 


What You Will Get:

  • In-Person Coaching Sessions with me to help you achieve major transformation - I will teach you my Run/Walk Strategic formula and give you personalized guidance at your level and your pace.
  • Online Coaching for members that cannot meet with us. Follow my personalized schedule for you, along with personalized videos to help you with form and breathing. 
  • Help Registering To Your Goal Race. We will help find a race in your area or virtual race for you to participate in. 
  • Access to our Facebook Accountability Group - This is a Community /Tribe of like-minded individuals who were once where you are today to offer insight, motivation, and support.
  • Access to our weekly Health Connection Calls w/ Coach Tadris & FriendsA weekly call on important health & mindset topics and you're able to connect with the community for a Q/A on nutrition and running.

**Local Participants

- 2 training’s with myself and the group on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm EST.


- 1 training on your own on the weekend.
