2. Teams or groups of 4 or more are encouraged to please email us so we can put your stuff aside. It helps us keep the line moving on race day!
   NEW TIME 8/25 Day of Packet Pick: 7:30 am. Packet Pick up closes at 9 am.!!!
3. Parking: Union County College (Across the Street)
4. Bathrooms- Real Bathrooms on site.
5. Water Stop: 1.5-ish mile point.
6. Course - Modified course to to the footbridge still being under construction.

Join us for a sweet run a 5K, get a medal and a sweet treat! Join us for a 5K a beautiful and scenic Nomahegan Park. Picturesque Ponds, quaint bridges, and wildlife flying around you await you on a paved FLAT FLAT FLAT course. Run, walk, or boogie your way to the finish. Bring your running shoes, a couple friends, and we will provide the course, the FOOD, the atmosphere and the FUN!

Live Run Give LLC is a race production company founded in 2019. We founded our company on the prinicpal of bringing famlies and friends together for fitness and food while giving back to our community. We are committed to supporting breast cancer research and organizations that help give support to breast cancer patients. Each year, we select 2-3 not for profits to be charity beneficiaries of our races.
