Over the course of 5 weeks, you will train in a group setting with 1 of Goliathon’s “David’s”, Jedi Markowski. Training sessions will be every Sunday between 12:15-1:15pm. Jedi will break down all 12 of the Goliathon race obstacles into the basic skills needed to overcome them. After weeks of practicing fundamentals of each obstacle, race day will be tackled with skill and confidence. Classes will include running and basic movements such as push ups, pull ups, jumping jacks, dead hangs etc. Along with various obstacle training that includes standard and sloth climbing ropes, running a warped wall, balancing on rails and beams, swinging on rings, slack line and more. Be sure to wear shoes with a rubber sole on the bottom.
