CANCELLATION OF 2020 INDEPENDENCE RACE
It is with many mixed emotions that the decision has been made to cancel this year's Independence Race. You have the option of a refund or to defer your race entry to next year (June 26, 2021). You will most likely receive that information in a separate email in the next few days. The Pineland Striders hope that all of you and your families remain safe and healthy and we will see you next year.

The Pineland Striders 43rd Independence Races - Run for our Veterans. Discount to all Vets, Youth 17 & under and Age 70+. Race Info: 5K & 10K Races/1 Mile Walk/ Free Kids fun run; Date: Saturday, June 27th; Registration: 7:00AM—8:00AM. 10K Race - 8:15 am Start. 5K Race - 8:30 am Start. Walk Start & Free Kids Run - details to be updated.
All participants MUST BE PARKED IN LOTS by 8:00 am as the entrance road WILL BE CLOSED to prepare for the start of the race. Please make sure you like our event page on Facebook to get the most up to date information,
This year's SWAG will include Customized BibBoards! COURSE 5K/10K USATF Certified Courses run through tree-lined streets of Medford, starting and finishing at Shawnee High School, Medford.
NOTE - If your age is 17 and Under or 70+, All Veterans (Retired or Active Duty) then click on the "Special Pricing" Icon after selecting your registration choice.
