Description
Girls on the Run participants work on setting goals through exercises and discussions. Each season ends with a non-competitive 5K, where girls celebrate who they are, how far they have come and where they want to go.
The Spring Fling 5K will include girls from the GOTR NJ South council. The 3.1 mile course starts at Stuart Country Day School and navigates through the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods.
