Description
Join us for a 8-week session of Jersey Women Strong, LLC Youth Girls' Boot Camp. Keep your kids active this winter or supplement sports training with this dynamic approach to exercise in a positive, safe environment. Classes focus on proper form and are geared to all ability levels.
All classes are held at Odyssey Athletic Center, Waldwick NJ. You do not need to be a member of the gym to participate.
Class time is approximately 45 minutes.
Participant must attend the same class time each week.
Classes meet: 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20
