The Shore Athletic Club is partnering with the Monmouth University track and field athletes to offer a comprehensive clinic at a state-of-the-art facility. These clinics will cover all aspects of athletic development, helping athletes master proper warm-up and cool-down techniques, engage in dynamic drills, practice mindful movements, prevent injuries, build mental strength, and enhance their event-specific skills and training.
Specialty coaches will be available for various disciplines, including distance, mid-distance, sprints, high jump, long jump, and shot put. Additionally, we are excited to announce that there will be a guest speaker who will educate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential through a healthy and vibrant lifestyle. Their insights and experiences will be invaluable in shaping our athletes' mindsets.
These clinics are open to youth aged 8 to 18. During their specialty coaching sessions, athletes will be split into age groups.
