11th ANNUAL FRED TORRES MEMORIAL 5K
Sunday, October 13, 2024
Location: Garrett Mountain, Woodland Park, NJ
All proceeds benefit the Fred Torres Memorial Scholarship Fund. The Fred Torres Memorial Scholarship is presented to outstanding scholar athletes of Clifton High School XC and T&F programs who through their four (4) years have exhibited leadership, perseverance and solid academic standing. The recipients all plan to participate in the respective programs of their chosen high education institution. In addition, the Fred Torres Memorial Fund supports educational and sports related programs.
RACE DETAILS:
5K Run and 2 Mile Walk on Championship Cross Country course
5K and 2 Mile Start @ 9:30am
5K is chip timed. 2 Mile Walk is not timed.

5K Run and 2 Mile Walk $35 (after 9/5)
Students (18 and under) will receive a $5 discount

How The Virtual 5K Works:
For those who can't be with us for the live event, we hope that you will continue to support us by running virtually!
HOW THE VIRTUAL 5K WORKS:
- Simply run your 5K anywhere, anytime.
- Log your results on the Results tab, or via text message (instructions will be provided during race week).
- Results will be automatically tabulated just like a regular 5K.
- Share your photos! Simply click on the "Photos" tab on the race website, and search for your name to get to your personal photo page. Click "add photos" and share your virtual experience with other competitors!
