Cops for Kids Family 5K & Kids Fun Run

Join us for a family oriented 5k and Kids Fun Run at the Crossings of Colonie!  The day will feature the Kids Fun Run at 9:15am followed by the USATF certified 5k at 10am.  

The Kids Zone will feature face painting, bounce house, obstacle course, games and more. We will also have numerous police, EMS and fire emergency vehicles on hand for the kids to explore. 

All proceeds from the race will be reinvested into the community and will help fund the educational and community programs offered by the Colonie Police Department’s Community Services Unit.  The Community Services Unit has been steadfast in their commitment to the community over the past 30 years and your support of this event ensures the longevity of these programs.  Our major sponsors for this event include Danielle and Darren Donohue, Adirondack Orthodontics, Northwestern Mutual, Elevation 10K, Cason Transportation, Rosetti Development Cos., Marini Homes, and Pursuit Lending.
