The Fit and Healthy Mamas 5k is a 3.1 mile Run/Walk through Eisenhower Park. This event is perfect for competitive and non-competitive runners, joggers, walkers, and anyone looking to have fun being active! Water stations, mile markers and post-race snacks and beverages will be provided.

Race Start: 8:30am
Race Start Loacation: Eisenhower Park Field #5
Post-Race: Beverages, snacks, and award ceremony. Complimentary post-race stretching and kids yoga class provided by yogarocks! Tons of free post race activities for the kids.
